Teatro Real Digital Channels

Rejuvenate the audience

Teatro Real has 200 hundred years of history and a high reputation, worldwide. But its audience is growing old. To tackle this problem and improve efficiency, the Theatre embarked on a digital transformation project with Telefónica España in which we participated as the Product Design team to reshape their online channels and set a new digital strategy. As a result of this process we helped the Theatre team to better understand the new customer journeys aligning the website, the app and their OTT platform “My Opera Player” in an integrated strategy with the ticketing at the core.
