This policy explains how Paginar handles personal data when you visit this website or contact us.
Who is responsible
PGR GLB Services LLC is responsible for this website and for the personal data described here. Address: 1549 NE 123 ST, North Miami, FL 33161, USA. Contact: info@paginar.com.
Data we receive and why
When you email us or use the contact form, we receive your email address, your name where requested, the information in your message and any attachments. For applications, we also receive your selected role and CV link or PDF. We use these details to answer your enquiry, discuss your project or assess your application. Please do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
We use the data necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. For other business enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to communications. Applicable legal obligations may also require us to retain information.
Cloudflare provides hosting and security. Turnstile checks technical signals to protect the forms against automated abuse. We use essential browser storage for language and cookie preferences. Google Analytics 4 loads only after you accept optional analytics and helps us understand visits, pages and interactions. We do not send form fields, CVs, questions, or URL query strings and fragments as analytics events.
Applications
The application form asks for your name, email address, selected role, a link to your CV or professional profile and/or a PDF CV, and an optional message. We use these details to assess and manage your application. Resend delivers the message and attachments to info@paginar.com, our Google Workspace mailbox. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
Current website features
Contact and application forms deliver submissions to info@paginar.com. Google Analytics 4 is optional and requires your consent; rejecting it does not prevent you from using the website or forms. The Ask Paginar assistant is not available in this version.
Sharing and international processing
We do not sell personal data. Cloudflare provides hosting, security and Turnstile. Google Workspace handles our mailbox. Resend delivers form messages and attachments. If you accept analytics, Google processes website usage information through Google Analytics 4. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.
PGR GLB Services LLC is based in the United States, and information you send to us may be processed there. Our hosting provider may process technical data in other countries. Resend stores message content and delivery logs in the United States. Selecting Ireland as its sending region does not mean the data is stored only in Europe. Resend’s standard data processing agreement includes the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses for international transfers. Where European data protection rules require safeguards, the applicable safeguards must be in place before processing begins. You can contact info@paginar.com for information about these arrangements.
Google may process analytics information in other countries under its applicable data protection terms. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled in this website configuration. You can contact info@paginar.com for information about the providers and processing arrangements.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry information while handling your request and any resulting business relationship. We retain information longer only where required by applicable law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. You may contact us to request deletion of information that is no longer needed. Browser preferences remain until you change them or clear your browser storage.
For CVs and professional profiles, we retain information for the time needed to assess and manage the enquiry or application, any resulting professional relationship and applicable legal retention or claims requirements. You may request deletion at info@paginar.com. Resend states that its Free plan retains email content and delivery logs for 30 days and backups for 7 days. These provider periods are separate from copies in our mailbox, which follow the criteria above.
Google Analytics is configured to retain event-level data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months. The user retention period restarts when that user returns. These settings do not limit the retention of standard aggregated reports. Cookie duration is separate and is described in our cookie information.
Your choices and rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing already carried out. Contact info@paginar.com and explain your request; we may ask for information necessary to verify your identity.
You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work or where an alleged infringement occurred. In Spain, this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
Changes
We will update this policy when the website’s processing changes. Check this page for the current version.
