Improve the visitor experience
The Museum decided to renew its technology with the main goal of improving the quality service for its visitors. In this context of a comprehensive digital transformation process led by Telefónica España, we worked as the Product Design team for the new online ticketing app meant to radically simplify the purchasing process for more than 3 million visitors a year.
The Prado Museum is the main Spanish national art museum, located in central Madrid. It is widely considered to have one of the world's finest collections of European art, dating from the 12th century to the early 20th century, based on the former Spanish Royal Collection, and the single best collection of Spanish art.
